Preparation

Prepare & cook the patties

  • In a medium bowl, combine the pork and garlic.

  • Form into 2 patties (double for 4 portions).

  • In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high.

  • Add the patties* and cook, 3 to 5 min. per side, until browned and cooked through.

Make the salad

  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the kale, vinaigrette and S&P.

Coat the patties

  • When the patties are cooked through, top with the tomato sauce and cheese.

  • Cover and cook, 1 to 2 min., until melted.

FInish & serve

  • Warm the **buns **in the toaster.

  • Divide the bun bottoms and salad between your plates.

  • Top each bun bottom** with a patty and a bun top**. Bon appétit!
