  • 90g Tzatziki or raita
  • 4 Pocketless pita
  • 10g Weekend on Mykonos spices (parsley, oregano, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt)
  • 30ml Lemon juice

Cook the beef

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  • In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high.

  • Add the beef*; season with the spices and S&P.

  • Cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until cooked through.

  • Meanwhile, medium-dice the tomatoes.

  • Halve the cucumbers lengthwise; cut crosswise into ½ inch pieces.

Warm the pita

  • Warm the pita directly on an oven rack, 1 to 2 min., until soft and pliable.

  • Transfer to a cutting board and cut into wedges.

Make the salad

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and S&P.

Plate your dish

  • Divide the beef, salad and pita between your plates.

  • Dollop with the tzatziki. Bon appétit!
