- 15ml Minced garlic
- 120g Chopped kale
- 100ml Tomato sauce
- 45ml Caesar vinaigrette
- 30g Grated mozzarella
- 2 Artisan hamburger buns

Preparation
Prepare & cook the patties
- In a medium bowl, combine the pork and garlic.
- Form into 2 patties (double for 4 portions).
- In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium-high.
- Add the patties* and cook, 3 to 5 min. per side, until browned and cooked through.
Make the salad
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the kale, vinaigrette and S&P.
Coat the patties
- When the patties are cooked through, top with the tomato sauce and cheese.
- Cover and cook, 1 to 2 min., until melted.
FInish & serve
- Warm the **buns **in the toaster.
- Divide the bun bottoms and salad between your plates.
- Top each bun bottom** with a patty and a bun top**. Bon appétit!
