  • 30ml Buffalo sauce
  • 25g Chopped walnuts

Cook the chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry; season with S&P.

  • In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium.

  • Add the chicken* and cook, stirring occasionally, adding the Buffalo sauce halfway, 4 to 6 min., until cooked through.

  • Off the heat, add 2 tbsp butter (double for 4 portions); toss well.

  • If the sauce seems dry, gradually add 1 to 3 tbsp water until you achieve a saucy consistency.

  • Meanwhile, separate the lettuce leaves; tear the leaves.

  • Thinly slice the celery crosswise on an angle.

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers crosswise.

Make the salad

  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, celery, cucumbers, walnuts (toast beforehand if desired) and vinaigrette.

Plate your dish

  • Divide the salad between your plates.

  • Top with the chicken. Bon appétit!
