Selim Bassoul

Chief Executive Officer

Selim Bassoul was the executive chairman for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, where he also served as chief executive officer from November 2021 to June 2024. From 2001 to 2019, Mr. Bassoul served as president, CEO and chairman of The Middleby Corporation, a manufacturer of food service and processing equipment. Mr. Bassoul previously served on the boards of Diversey Holdings, Ltd. as a director and non-executive chairman, 1847 Goedeker Corporation, Confluence Outdoor, Piper Aircraft, Inc., and Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC. Mr. Bassoul holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Najib Maalouf

President Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Maalouf serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodfood Market Corp., a role he began on March 17, 2026. A seasoned executive with a strong track record leading global manufacturing and consumer businesses, he is responsible for overseeing the execution of the Company's strategy, focusing on resetting operations, optimizing the product and customer journey, and streamlining the organization. He has held senior leadership roles focused on operational excellence, supply chain management, and performance improvement across large-scale organizations. Most recently, Mr. Maalouf led a billion-dollar global manufacturing business in the high-end residential appliance sector, where he oversaw a portfolio of premium brands and complex international operations. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.


Bipasha Chiu

Chief Technology Officer

Bipasha Chiu is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience leading transformative initiatives for prominent companies. As Chief Technology Officer at Goodfood, she drives the strategic direction of technology and innovation. Prior to GoodFood, Bipasha served as Vice President of Business Technology Solutions at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), where she aligned technology solutions with the organization's strategic goals. She spearheaded significant technology changes in supply chain and retail operations and played a key role in expanding e-commerce and B2B solutions. Previously, Bipasha held leadership roles at Apotex and Canadian Tire, where she drove large-scale and global technology implementations and digital strategy development. Her early career included 13 years at Capgemini and Ernst & Young Consulting. Bipasha holds an Honors degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Donald Olds

Lead Independent Director

Mr. Olds was President and Chief Executive Officer of the NEOMED Institute from January 2017 to May 2019, prior to which he was the Chief Operating Officer of Telesta Therapeutics Inc. a TSX-listed biotechnology company from 2014 to 2016. In October 2016, he led the process that resulted in the successful sale of Telesta. Prior to Telesta, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Presagia Corp., a private software development company from 2011 to 2013. Before joining Presagia, he worked for 9 years as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Aegera Therapeutics. Prior to Aegera, Mr. Olds was Chief Financial Officer of Mediatrix Telecom from 2000 to 2002 and led the technology investment banking practice of TD Securities in Quebec from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Olds is currently Lead Director of Cannara Biotech Inc. (TSXV:LOVE), Director of Acasti Pharma Inc .(NASDAQ:ACST) and Chairman of Aifred Health Inc. (private) and Director of Presagia Corp. (private). He holds an MBA (Finance & Strategy) and M.Sc. (Renewable Resources) from McGill University.


Terry Yanofsky

Director

Ms. Yanofsky currently serves as a member of Goodfood’s Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, as well as Chair of the GHRC Committee. Ms. Yanofsky has extensive experience working with international retailers and is respected for her strategic leadership and disciplined approach to driving revenue. Ms. Yanofsky also serves as a board member for Reitmans (Canada) Limited (TSXV: RET) (TSXV: RET-A) where she chairs the Strategic Planning Committee, Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX: WEED) (NASDAQ: CGC) where she acts as the Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Purolator Inc. (private) where she acts as Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and serves on the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. Ms. Yanofsky recently served as the Senior Vice-President, General Manager of Sephora Canada. Prior to joining Sephora, Ms. Yanofsky worked at L Brands where she was General Manager for Bath & Body Works Canada and brings over 30 years of experience working with rapidly growing big-name global retailers.


Alberto Haddad

Director

Mr. Haddad is a highly experienced director and financial executive, bringing over thirty years of expertise in global investment, corporate restructuring, and robust corporate governance. He was recently appointed as an independent director to the Goodfood Market Corp. board in 2026 to significantly support the company's financial discipline, long-term value creation, and overall turnaround and digital strategy. As a Managing Partner at SCAS Inc., he is responsible for managing the North American and European markets, where he advises private equity firms and growth companies on transactions from initial sourcing through final closure. His distinguished career includes being instrumental in establishing the McKinsey & Company office in the UAE, where he managed strategic issues across diverse industries. Additionally, Mr. Haddad currently serves as the co-founder and Managing Director of Sargon Ltd., and holds board memberships at Aqsens Health and MJ & Cie, alongside his role as a Senior Advisor at Corporatum. Mr. Haddad is also recognized as a venture and real estate investor and chairs the LIFE Boston Committee. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple degrees from prestigious institutions in Paris and Beirut.


Omar Omran

Director

Mr. Omran is a distinguished technology executive, founder, and high-impact leader, known for driving digital transformation and innovation that has cumulatively generated over $500 million in net profit growth across three publicly traded companies. He currently serves as the CEO and founder of Vibe Connect, an MIT-affiliated startup focused on real-life, community-centric social media connections. Previously, Mr. Omran was the Chief Technology Officer at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, where he oversaw technology management for 27 parks and successfully spearheaded a major AI-driven digital modernization effort in partnership with Google Cloud. Furthermore, his tenure at The Middleby Corporation is notable for his founding of Middleby Connect, which became one of the world's largest IoT platforms for the food service industry, demonstrating his capability in building major technology alliances across multiple sectors. Mr. Omran brings his expertise in AI and organizational transition to the board of directors at Goodfood, where he actively supports the company’s evolution into an AI-driven organization. Recognized for his achievements, he was named one of the Top 150 Global Innovators in 2024 and is an award-winning professional, having secured first place at the NYU International Hackathon. He holds academic distinctions, including the LAU Torch Award for top graduating student, and is an accomplished public speaker, having delivered a TEDx talk on building resilience.
