Korean-style tacos, one trend that never stops trending! And for good reason: you’ll all agree that the sweetly spiced sesame seasoning in this tender ground pork finds itself completely at home inside warm flour tortillas. Mise en place
Core and grate the apple. Cut the lime into 6 wedges.

Make the slaw & ponzu mayo
In a large bowl, combine the juice of 4 lime wedges, ½ the ponzu, ¼ of the mayo and 1 tbsp water. Add the cabbage, ¼ of the apple and S&P; toss well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining mayo and ponzu, and ¼ of the spices.

Cook & coat the pork
In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on high. Add the pork and remaining apple; season with the remaining spices. Cook, breaking up the meat, 4 to 6 min., until browned. Add the soy sauce, juice from the remaining lime wedges and 2 tbsp water. Cook, scraping up any browned bits, 1 to 2 min., until the pork* is cooked through and coated.

Warm the tortillas
Wrap the tortillas in a slightly dampened paper towel. On a plate, microwave, in 10 sec. increments, until warm.

Plate your dish
Divide the tortillas between your plates. Spread with the ponzu mayo. Top with the pork and slaw. Bon appétit!
