Rethink tacos with Thai ingredients and what do you get? Thai-cos! Citrusy and floral, minced lemongrass has a heady fragrance all its own. When combined with garlic, sticky-thick sweet soy sauce and lime, it finds perfect equilibrium on browned ground beef—certified organic, so it’s better for you and the environment.
